Brisas Tex-Mex in Manvel

When you walk in place smells like mothballs.. seating was a bit confusing. Order was placed quickly, food was good. Told waitress no onions still onions were added. Overall food was delicious, service was good. Passing though , will try again next year. Sign is not very visible, google maps helped

I DID NOT mean to post that picture three times! my husband had their barbacoa taco which I am very particular about and it was amazing, he got me the enchiladas with ground beef and they are so good.. I work next door at the BW and this is my first time eating here in a few years and I am so not disappointed!! Probably going to be my regular lunch spot from now on! I wonder if they'd deliver......

We love Brisa's for any meal, but breakfast is our favorite. Everything we've ever ordered was delicious, and the staff are always very friendly. Love the new booths too! This restaurant is our little small-town gem.

excellent Tex Mex and surprisingly quick courteous service. I had the shredded chicken mole enchiladas with refried beans and rice. salsa and chips are just ok but everything else delicious. definitely will return and try other dishes.

Over priced TexMex food. 1 single corn tortilla fajita taco was $3.99 + 0.25 for lettuce, unbelievable. I do not recommend this restaurant and will never go again.

This place is pretty good. Not the best but it's worth a try. Their hot sauce is good. I got their fajitas and I thought they were pretty good. I'd go again and recommend trying them out.

I got to say if you want authentic Mexican breakfast This i is the place to come too i love the Migas plate the eggs come with their special sauce that’s I love so munch eggs and potatoes and the breakfast tacos are amazing specially the eggs with chorizo the chorizo has a great authentic flavor they are always busy but waiting time is not bad at all costumer service is great 👍 highly recommend

The waitress gets five stars. The messed up my order and she realized it at the end of my meal so gave it to me free. They gave me chicken enchiladas rather than spinach, but they were tasty. My husband had the cheese enchiladas & guiso lunch special which was fine as well, but nothing to write home about. We both loved the sharp, friendly & intelligent waitress.

Our waiter was so nice and made sure we had what we needed. And kept my coffee coming, loved it. Feels homey.

Okay I never write a bad review on the first visit just in case it's an off day but I've been here 3 times now and each time is the same. The service and rice are the only 2 good things about this place all the rest of the food is mediocre at best. The meats taste like there precooked (maybe frozen off the truck) and then microwaved to reheay, the charro beans are straight out of the can without even an attempt to spice them up a bit. All I can say is the food is edible and it didn't make me sick.

We were on this side of town looking for something to eat. This place came up and Im very glad it did. Small place, but delicious. Good prices and great customer service. Careful with the salsa 😂 it was good!

I really like this restaurant. Very friendly staff with great prices. It's amazing how much food you get for the price - especially at breakfast. If you live in or near Manvel, Alvin, or Rosharon you should give it a shot.

My experience at Brisa's was worriedsome... Food was great... And especially the lady that waited on us... I feel really bad for not getting her name... But she rocked... Even though she was by herself.. With a full house and phone ringing off the wall... She maintained calm and very polite.. She deserves A for effort... And a BIG margarita after her work..😀

Guaranteed the best restaurant in Manvel. The food is great! We are met by smiling faces.. There is always a hug from the staff and family from my arrival to when I leave. Love you guys!

Service was great Tama portions were good sized, more traditional Mexican food then TexMex. Better than gringos or most of the other smaller Mexican restaurants in the Pearland/Manville area. Definitely recommend and will return again.

We always went to Brisa's to eat Mexican food and get breakfast tacos. But lately the tacos have gotten very small and the last supper visit will be the last. My granddaughter only wanted fajita meat beans and torts on a sizzle platter. She was served 6 very small pieces of fajita meat beans and 3 torts in a cold plate. We were charged 13.95 which is ridiculous for what she got. The rest of the food was not very good either. We ended up paying $60.00 for 4 people to eat. We got nothing fancy. Needless to say we will not be giving them our business ever again. The only positive this place has going for it is BJ the waitress who was getting off as we went in. I feel bad for her because they work her to death for very little pay. So to the owners, ya'll lost very frequent customers because of the unwillingness to compromise on the food and service we received that evening.

Menudo 7 days a week and its one of the best Ive ever had the pleasure of eating. ASK for the fresh lemonade, not the fountain. Itsworth the price differential.

We eat breakfast there every Sunday. The staff is friendly and the food is great. Prices are very reasonable. We drive thirty minutes just to get there and it's worth it.
