Under normal, non-rush hour business, they will deliver to the front desk. However, when it's busy, it may take a bit. The prices are kept low by running lean. That means that most of the time there's one cook and one server onsite. Leaving to deliver, even across the parking lot, would endanger the service levels in the store. If there's some health or physical disability reason one cannot walk over to pick it up, I'm sure that the hotel could send someone to help their clients.
